I had the best experience working with Debbie on two different rooms in my home! She was kind, caring, gentle yet direct, and able to help a crazy mind like mine focus on the tasks at hand. She not only spent time organizing the rooms, but has kept me motivated to continue organizing other areas of my home with several follow-up calls that I requested. I'm now excited (rather than stressed!) about having guests over during the holiday season!

Last year, Debbie & I visited my mother-in-laws condo in Florida for a week. One morning while I was on a conference call, Debbie surprised me by organizing a closet in the guest bedroom. With various guests staying here throughout the year, the closet had no system of organization and it was hard to even see let along access the fishing rods, reels and numerous other items available for guests. Now it is easy to see every item in the closet and it's also clear where items should be returned to. It's obvious that Debbie loves to organize since she did this project while on vacation!

Debbie (Bless This Mess) was great and easy to work with as we tackled one of the disorganized areas of my home. After a brief conversation and a few shared pictures, we were able to schedule a time that worked with both of our schedules. She came prepared and ready to listen to what I wanted to accomplish and asked questions on how I wanted to utilize the room in the future. We started to dig in and were able to declutter an entire area. Although I tend to be a saver, Debbie kindly suggested moving certain items to the trash or recycle bin. This room may not be perfect, but we were able to make a dent in the disorganization and help me see the next steps as attainable.

I didn't realize just how much I would appreciate an organized kitchen until Debbie helped me out! Now my main cabinet has clear categories for food storage; cooking oils and spices; and baking supplies. When I'm cooking, I can just grab the bin of spices and see exactly what I need rather than searching through a whole shelf. It's also easy to see and find everything in my pantry. Debbie even created more countertop space by making room for items in the pantry.
