Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions not answered below.

Do I need a professional organizer?

  • If you don't feel relaxed in your home due to clutter

  • If you often feel rushed because you spend much of your day looking for items you need

  • If you have an area of your home you've been meaning to clear out but instead just keep adding piles of random stuff

  • If you need a dedicated work-from-home space

  • If you want to declutter your home before putting it on the market

  • If you have ANY other organizing needs

I'd love to help!

How does the process work?

There are 3 main steps: a brief Phone Consultation, a 30-minute In-Home Consultation, then In-Home Organizing Sessions. Click HERE for full details.

How long does the process take?

The varying size and scope of each project makes this tricky to answer.  Most organizing sessions take about three hours, while some projects take up to six hours per session.  Smaller projects like a closet or bathroom can often be completed in one three-hour session.

Do I need to be present?

Yes and no!  I will initially need you there to show me your home, discuss your needs and areas of concern, and identify goals for the project.  It is also extremely helpful to have you there during the decluttering process so I know what to keep, toss, or donate.  From there, I can work on my own with occasional guidance from you along the way.

Will you expect me to get rid of all my stuff?

Absolutely not!  My goal is NOT to get rid of everything - it's to get rid of the things you don't use or don't value so that you can more efficiently access the items you need and the items that make you happy.

Should I tidy up my house first?

Please don't! Seeing your piles and clutter helps me assess your organizing needs.

Should I buy containers?

Not yet!  It's best to wait until everything is sorted and decluttered before deciding which containers will work best.  Plus, many clients find they already have containers in their home that will work perfectly.

How do I schedule sessions?

Feel free to call, text or email anytime or fill out the form on this CONTACT page.  You can also message me via Facebook or Instagram, but I may not respond as quickly.

When do you charge clients for your services?

If you decide to work with me after your complimentary consultation, I will ask for an initial deposit for a three-hour organizing session. I currently accept cash, check or Venmo.  If your project requires more than one session, I will ask for payment at the end of each day's session.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
